* Packages refused at the time of delivery, unclaimed or not
deliverable packages, due to no fault of ours will be considered a
return and are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be charged
twice the shipping fee.
On all international return orders the customer is liable for all
costs incurred during shipping.
If a domestic order customer wants a package re-shipped for any
reason, there will be a flat $5 shipping fee, and the method of
shipment will be at our discreation. Shipping & Handling will be non
refundable.

to obtain a "Return Authorization Number".
* No returns are accepted without a "Return Authorization Number"
that you obtained from our customer service department. If for any

* Return Policy and Guarantee No returns are accepted without a

* Refunds will be offered on all products returned within 30 days in
the same condition they were delivered in. After 30 days there will
be a 20% restocking fee If we choose to allow a return at this late
of date. After 45 days returns will not be accepted.
If you are returning an item because it was damaged or a mistake was
made, please notify us immediately via e-mail or telephone so we can
resolve any problems to your satisfaction... fee. Shipping &
Handling will be non refundable. If you were not originally charged
full shipping because your order was over $75.00, shipping will be
charged if any items from that order is returned. There are no
refunds after 30 days of receipt of your order. We recommend that if
you order more than one of any item that you do not open every item
until you are prepared to use it. This will help maintain freshness
and allow you to return the un-open items for a refund if they do
not work out for you.
* Appliances come with a manufacturer warranty and cannot be
returned.
* All sales on books, pillows and Ionic Toothbrushes are final and
cannot be returned.

* Shipping and handling charges are not refundable under any
